Space Designed for guests who value space and serenity, the apartment is spread over two thoughtfully appointed levels:
The Living Area (Ground Floor): A spacious, open-concept living room with a full dining setup, a modern kitchenette, and two full bathrooms with walk-in showers—perfect for groups or families who prioritize privacy and comfort.
The Master Suites (Upper Floor): A grand staircase leads to two oversized bedrooms. At 35 sqm (375 sqft) and 22 sqm (235 sqft), these suites offer the kind of generous proportions rarely seen in historic Italian architecture.
Living room with a sofa, tv, a marble table to enjoy your meal (4 chairs) and a well equipped kitchen. The living room is located at the ground floor: entrance floor.
The access to the apartment is by a private court, very peaceful, far from the crowd of the city center.
Possibility to have a garage for bikes, on request.
At the ground floor, just at the opposite side of the living room, 2 bathroom, each with shower and sink. In one of the bathroom you will find the washing machine.
located at the second floor, 2 bedrooms: the first 35sqm large and the second, 20 sqm large. In the 35sqm bedroom it is possible to add a single sofa bed and a cot is available on request.
Well equipped kitchen located at ground floor, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, cattle, coffee machine for espresso ("Lavazza a modo mio" is the name of the coffee pods), Italian coffee machine "Moka",dishwasher, wine glasses are provided, with a start of dish washer pods, hand dish soap.
Are provided kitchen towels
At ground floor 2 bathrooms: both with shower and sink, one with a large shower and the other with a regular size shower and washing machine.
Hand towels, shower towels are provided, hand soap is provided

We loved this place. Very comfortable with a large shower & bathroom. Very clean, comfortable and looks exactly like the photos. The owner gave us excellent instructions on how to use the washing machine. We both highly recommend this location. A good value for your money. We could walk everywhere within the city walls of Siena.

What a great location in the heart of Siena. Easy to rent a car and visit the local wineries and only a short drive to Florence.

Gianni the property owner was very, very nice and very helpful. However, the host seemed frustrated with us when we needed help. I felt like it should’ve been explained that it’s almost impossible to get a taxi from the train station. Also, they need better instructions on their appliances.
