The elevator makes every level easily accessible for grandparents, while kids and teens love the game room and beachfront location. With plenty of space to gather—and plenty of room to spread out—everyone can relax and enjoy their own perfect beach day.

🏡 Whether you're lounging on the beach, exploring the town on bikes, or heading to the boardwalk for the night, High Tide Hideaway is your home base for both relaxation and fun.
🌴Provided for your stay: hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, pool towels, cleaning supplies & trash bags to get you through your stay. We also supply clean linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap so you don't have to run back out to the store.
Please Note:
**Elevator available for convenience; however, as a residential system, operation is not guaranteed at all times. Please inquire if your group depends on elevator access.
**Outdoor cameras are present for safety (NO cameras inside).
We have 3 outdoor cameras. 1st, located at the end of the carport facing towards the door. 2nd, located on the ground floor facing the grilling, hot tub, and yard. 3rd is on the top of the 4th floor at the end of the wall separating the other unit facing towards the yard and beach. We do not monitor, but they are there for our safety and yours. Our property is easily accessible from the beach and the road.
No smoking or vaping inside the condo or patio $500 fine for smoking(We have ground-level seating for this)
No pets in this unit, the unit is pet-free - a $300 fine for any pet on the property
Guest Access:
High Tide Hideaway is the LEFT side (from the road) of a duplex - Unit 1. The outside of the duplex has the sign "Breaking Free". We have parking for 4 - 5 cars depending on size. The elevator is on the ground level (outside) and reaches all floors. An entrance to stairs is also on ground level.

We had the most amazing family vacation and we owe that to the lovely hosts, Will and Holly. The house was amazing and exactly as the listing described it. The check in and check out process was the easiest we have ever experienced. The amount of thought and care the hosts have put into this home for their guests blew me away. Every room was well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We come to Carolina Beach often and love this particular area because it is quiet and not as crowded but close to all the fun stuff and restaurants. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Will and Holly for everything!

Probably the best home I have ever rented, and it's been a lot. Every detail was taken care. As soon as I would think "I wish there was...." there it was! The views were stunning from sunrise to sunset.
