Very nice property. Pool and hot tub were great. Short walk to beach. The host was fabulous!

From the start the communication and support was outstanding. Super responsive by Vrbo messaging, by text leading up to check in and throughout the stay. Initial snap response once we pulled up the house exceeded all expectations, this is a new property and shows brand new. Everything is modern and contemporary. Pool is excellent and hot tub amazing. Inside is spacious and well maintained. Just a few suggestions and preparations when staying at any property and not a knock on this unit: sometimes kitchens have everything you need and sometimes it doesn’t, so be prepared, this particular kitchen did not have a cutting board, air fryer, pizza pan, rice cooker, or blender. However, it did have an amazing pebble ice maker and top of the line kuerig coffee machine. Towels are just enough for each bathroom so be ready wash throughout the stay and no beach towels are provided so bring your own. There was no board games at the home so also bring your own. Bed frames on some beds could use some maintenance perhaps readjusting to tighten up or possible replacement. The water pressure is less than desirable but our family sees the value in conserving water so we didn’t bring it up to the owners. This unit is a duplex unit so it’s split. We rate the stay 5-stars overall. Once again, the feedback is nothing but typical for any stay and any property. The price is great for the property and it is literary less than 50 yards to the ocean, all you do is cross the street and you’re there.

Pool and spa were excellent! Communication was fluent and accurate. WiFi was a bit slow when multiple (10-12) devices were pulling on it, but manageable. Excellent location overall.

Six friends over 65 looked forward to this weeklong beach holiday. However, we found a number of accommodations lacking: no chairs, tables, chest of drawers or even luggage racks in the bedrooms; insufficient bedside tables, no bedside lamps and not even hangers in the closets. So we lived out of our suitcases on the floor. Very poor, and frankly at this price, insulting. The elevator was fussy and occasionally required that we climb the long, steep stairs. We knew the pool was unheated, but we were very disappointed to find the hot tub was rarely hot. Kitchen items were inadequate.The house was attractive and very clean with totally automated systems which allowed the host to be remote. But had the host been attentive or on hand, these issues might have been rectified.
