Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.
The Space:
Welcome to this lovely 26 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Saint-Dominique in the heart of the 7th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
Guest Access:
The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
Rue Saint-Dominique is one of the most charming residential streets in the 7th arrondissement, with a relaxed, village-like atmosphere that makes it a favourite among Parisians and visitors alike. The street is dotted with bakeries, fromageries, independent cafés and small bistros, and the celebrated Rue Cler market street is just a short walk away, offering one of the best morning food markets in the city. Café Constant and other neighbourhood restaurants are close by, and the whole area has a genuinely local feel that is hard to find so close to the major landmarks.
The Eiffel Tower and the Champ-de-Mars are within a comfortable 15-minute walk, and Les Invalides, the Rodin Museum and the Esplanade des Invalides are all nearby. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, with excellent transport links from École Militaire and La Tour-Maubourg making it easy to reach the rest of the city whenever you want to venture further afield.

Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

They need to tell people to use the key fob to open the main door. The code was wrong. Wasted a lot of time. Also, WiFi connection were not the ones available. They had to bring a new modem. Two days without wifi. Excellent location. The owners need to a more experienced management team

The location of the apartment couldn't be better situated in the city. The responsiveness from the host was outstanding, likely the best communication I've ever received staying at a VRBO. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Ideal location with shops & cafes nearby along with easy access to all major Paris attractions. Property was clean and very good condition with all appliances working. Recommend this property & will use it again in the future.

I could not understand how you give only ONE set of keys for three people staying in the apartment, is the first thing.Secondly, the WiFi was terrible. I called to notify you and it was to no avail. We had to hold our phones out the window to get somewhat service.Also, the range was not working. At this point, we were so frustrated we said why bother to call. To top it off, I was talking to someone else in the building and was told there is a Lawsuit against you.I will not be using Vrbo again.
