Appartement cosy Tour Eiffel-Invalides

Location to the Eiffel Tower was great, about a 10min walk. I didn’t realise it had two bathrooms so that was a bonus, one for us one for our teens. The main bedroom was a good size. Staff were very responsive and great. Shower head was great.

The bigger bathroom was freezing in January, you couldn’t walk in there without shoes for long and the bathroom door needed to be kept shit to keep the cold out of the rest of the apartment. There was nowhere to hang towels. I had to hang my towel in the bedroom wardrobe and my husband hung his over the bedroom door, the teens had to hand theirs over the bathroom door and kitchen chair, not ideal, hope this is addressed. For the amount of money we paid over the new years period the small details matter, like flaking paint in the bathroom, a chair in the bedroom would be good as well as the towel racks or hooks.

Extremely clean and very easy to get too, in a perfect location for the city and felt extremely safe

La posizione centrale e comoda per raggiungere visitare Parigi, con l'estrema vicinanza di monumenti importanti quali la torre Eiffel. La presenza dei doppi servizi.

La gestione della comunicazione in merito a un piccolo disservizio. All'arrivo mancavano le federe dei cuscini; la struttura ha preso tempo per due giorni, sostenendo per due volte di averle consegnate quando purtroppo non era vero. Alla fine non abbiamo mai ricevuto la biancheria mancante. Un imprevisto comprensibile è stato purtroppo gestito in modo poco trasparente.
