Prime location, close to markets, restaurants and stores. Complete kitchen. Great communication with host. Clen and comfortable.
The stairs (4th floor), but I would still stay there as this apt is a gem!

The property location was great- you can see the Eiffel Tower as you see step out the door. There’s a highly-rated Boulangerie (bakery) next to the door. If you need last-minute items- snacks, distilled water for cpap machine, shops and pharmacies are on the same street.
The shower does not have a splash guard or curb which would have kept the bathroom from flooding.

The property was nice and decent size
The flat was on the 5th floor so taking stairs all the time was a lot and the sinks and shower flooded any time we ran the water. The shower room flooded into the main bedroom.
