About this chalet rental

In a very quiet residential area a few minutes from the village of Lancieux and its 8 beaches, La Cabane du Tertre de la Roche is nestled on a large plot of 600m2 with trees.
It is a small house of 45 m2 in wooden frame recently renovated and which is equipped to new. It is facing south and overlooks the countryside.
The large bedroom on the first floor is spacious and has a shower room and separate toilet; above a small mezzanine of 7 m2 equipped with 2 single beds.
The very bright living room has a small fully equipped kitchen, a standing table and a dining area overlooking the garden.
20 minutes from Dinan and Saint-Malo, 10 minutes from Dinard, and one hour from Mont Saint-Michel you can discover or rediscover the Emerald Coast as well as the Pays de Poudouvre.

We live next door and if necessary we can advise you on the best sites.
