Discover this pleasant family home of 90 m² located in Beaussais-Sur-Mer, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It is ideal for a peaceful family stay, with its garden and beautiful terrace and close to the beaches of the Emerald Coast.
Outside, the enclosed and verdant garden will delight both young and old for moments of relaxation in the open air. A beautiful 35 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue will be the perfect ally for sunny lunches and your summer evenings.
Inside, upon your arrival you will be welcomed in a beautiful, bright and warm living space. The lounge, furnished with a large comfortable corner sofa and a television, invites you to relax after a day of discoveries. The adjoining dining area allows you to share good meals around its large table. The modern and functional open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine and everything you need to cook as at home.
On the night side, the house has 2 comfortable bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160x200), a wardrobe
Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190), a wardrobe
Living room: The sofa is convertible and can accommodate 2 additional people
A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete the interior space.
Two parking spaces will be at your disposal in front of the house.
To facilitate your stay, the house is also equipped with an iron and an ironing board.
