On the first floor (Living space):
A large living room bathed in light including a cosy living room (TV, board games) and a convivial dining room.

Direct access to the large south-facing terrace with a view of the park.
A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Upstairs (Sleeping area):
Bedroom 1 & 2: Double beds (140 cm).
Bedroom 3 & 4: Single beds (90 cm), ideal for children or friends.
A bathroom with bathtub to relax after the beach and a second separate toilet.
