About this apartment rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 50 m² flat in Lancieux, 200 meters from the beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It comprises an attractive living room with a small terrace and sea view, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and separate WC. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV, dining area and sofa.
- Open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: bunk beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following complementary equipment: cot, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A small balcony terrace with furniture, table and chairs to enjoy the sea view.
The house is ideally located in Lancieux, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops are nearby, including a butcher's, baker's, patisserie, fishmonger's, cheesemonger's, tobacconist's, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, general practitioner, pizza takeaway, market, golf course... The beach is just 200 meters away.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in a private car park.
