The property fit our group of 8 adults very well and was located very close to the ORV trails. We had plenty of room in the house and outside to park our trucks/trailers and ORV's. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio in the back with seating for 8, a table, and grill. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. Things not supplied included coffee, coffee filters, shampoo/conditioner, shower soap. Great stay overall!!

- Mold:
- Hall behind door off kitchen
- King ensuite bathroom fan
- Upstairs AC not working. It stayed very hot in that bedroom.
- Ants: several large ones in the kitchen and living room.
Suggestions:
- A laundry basket would have been helpful.
