Quiet neighborhood, and exceptionally clean property! A quick drive to Caberfae! The gas fireplace was so cozy and warm. Would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. We had 6 people sharing the house and there was plenty of room. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and a half bath (one bath downstairs does have a higher toilet). (The walk-in shower on the first floor is a bit small). It was convenient to have two bedrooms and two baths on the main floor for those of use with bad knees. We were in town for a celebration of life so it was nice for the three groups to share a house so we could spend time together and catch up. The weather was nice enough that we were able to use the deck and put the fire pit and heater several times. I had to do some cooking for the celebration and the kitchen was well stocked. Just a warning for anyone who is handicapped - there are a couple of steps going into the house but then there is a high step going into the kitchen and another going down into the living room. The three of use with bad knees did figure out the best way to navigate this step but a handle of some sort would have helped. We were here in the fall so the conditions were not right for us to go in the lake but then home is right on the water and there are plenty of water activities available. We would love to come back in the summer sometime.I did contact the owner with questions a couple of times and she responded right away with answers to my questions.
