Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 70 m² semi-detached house for rent in Les Moitiers-d'Allonne, which can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a lovely 17 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, and a 100 m² courtyard with a furnished terrace. Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. The house is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 17 m² living room with a TV lounge area and dining table
- A fully equipped kitchen with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, and more
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a single bed (90×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A bathroom (with shower)
Outside:
- A 100 m² courtyard with a parasol and dining table for your meals
- A room with a washing machine and dryer, and space to store bikes
Neighborhood:
The house is ideally located in Les Moitiers-d'Allonne, in a small residential, rural hamlet, close to the sea.
It is less than 2 km from the exceptional beach of Hatainville (the highest dunes in Europe) and less than a 5-minute drive from the famous seaside resort of Barneville-Carteret.
There is a large Carrefour supermarket and other local shops.

- Seaside activities (swimming, sand yachting, surfing, fishing, etc.)
- Large aquatic center in Valognes (30 minutes)
