Located near the village of Les Moitiers d'Allonne, the house is 3 km from the beaches and local shops in Barneville-Carteret. Nearby are the dune fields and the expansive beaches of Hatainville and Baubigny, as well as hiking trails along the vast and stunning Cotentin coast.

The house was completely renovated in 2020; the finishes are high-quality and made with natural materials; the bedding is new.
We therefore ask our guests to treat the property and furnishings with the utmost respect.

Landscaped garden (not fenced), terraces at the front and back of the house with some vegetables and herbs available for your use, depending on the season—private access and 2 private parking spaces
On the first floor: Double living room (with a wood-burning stove for the cold season), dining room opening onto a large terrace (with barbecue and patio furniture), fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and washing machine), bathroom, and toilet (accessible for people with reduced mobility)
First Floor: Bedroom 1 (140-cm bed), Bedroom 2 (160-bed), Bedroom 3 (2 90-beds). 1 bathroom
Second Floor: Bedroom 3, loft-style dormitory (2 90-beds)
Crib available upon request. An extra mattress can be added to a bedroom for a child (under 12).

Smoking is prohibited inside the rental, … but the terrace is available for your use. (A €100 deduction from the security deposit will be made if there is a smell of tobacco in the house)
Sheets and dish towels provided (included in the price).
Bath and beach towels are not provided.
Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning service: €50 (included in the listed price).
If you would like an additional cleaning service during your stay: €50, subject to the availability of the cleaning staff.
