The beach is 600 m from the house and can be reached on foot via a magnificent footpath. A children's playground and petanque area are located next to the house. The 67 m² house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises a 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), a south-facing terrace and a 200 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with walk-in closet and TV
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with dressing area and TV
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190) with TV

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cadis for the market, walking sticks and backpack for short hikes, pétanque balls for adults and children, sand toys for children, baby high chair, deckchairs, barbecue, an inflatable paddleboard.

Outside:
- A 200 m² garden (private and enclosed), south-facing, with outdoor shower for returning from the beach.
- A 26 m² south-facing terrace with furniture for sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Les Moitiers-d'Allonne, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (1 vehicle) or in front of the house (1 vehicle).
