About this house rental
Sea cottage, recent pavilion located about 150 meters from a sandy beach, supervised in July and August.
The pavilion is well equipped with water, electricity, wifi, ASTRA satellite television (with German and English channels, etc.), as well as sheets for all the bedding included in the rental price per week (no extra charge).
Shops nearby: bakery, pastry shop, grocery store, press, hairdresser, bar.
"Large area" shops at LES PIEUX (8Km) or BARNEVILLE-CARTERET (12Km).
On the ground floor:
- Entrance into living room with a wardrobe closet.
- Living room of 33m2 in open communication with fitted kitchen of 12m2 equipped with an oven & induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
- 10m2 bedroom with a double bed (160x200).
- Shower room with sink and walk-in shower on the floor (90x90 with glass door).
- Separate toilet with hand basin.
- Laundry room with washing machine.
