About this house rental
Located in Barneville-Plage, across from the island of Jersey, this brand-new home—which sleeps 4 to 6 people plus 1 baby—is the perfect place to spend your vacation, a weekend getaway, or even a break from the city, and is ideal for remote work. In the summer, you can enjoy its south-facing terrace, and in the winter, its pellet stove will keep you warm.
The house features a south-facing terrace and a fenced-in garden of 500 m², complete with patio furniture, a charcoal grill, and lounge chairs. Parking spaces available. Pets are allowed.
The house features a fully equipped open-concept kitchen connected to the living room, a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a second bedroom, a second bathroom, and a separate toilet, as well as a garage, garden, and private parking. It is equipped with electric shutters.
The sleeping arrangements in the house are as follows:
- 1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed + 1 120x60 cm crib
- 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 cm beds
- 1 sofa bed (140x200 cm)
BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED!
Guests can check in independently using a keypad.
If you need the sofa bed, please let us know!
The first floor has not been built; the house consists of a single story.
The house has a 100cm flat-screen TV connected to the internet, with digital terrestrial TV (TNT) and cable. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator that includes a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, and an electric coffee maker.
Barneville, with its wide beaches of fine sand, is a family-friendly seaside resort—quiet, unspoiled, and natural, yet renowned and lively—for those who love the sea, nature, relaxation, and walks along the seashore or through the wild dunes.
Geographically, it’s a blend of Brittany and Ireland; over time, this place has managed to retain all its authenticity, and the town has successfully preserved the charm of this beautiful setting.

Stayed 8 nights in this lovely property. Is exactly as shown in the photos and would highly recommend staying here.
We stayed just before in early April. Is out of season for this town so was quiet and not everything was open in Barneville Carteret but is a lovely little town. Beach is beautiful!
The property a great base for exploring Normandy, we had great day trips to Mont St Michel and the D Day beaches. Would highly recommend L en bar quai restaurant (leave room for dessert!!). Le Russel is also good for dinner. La Cale Marine - Lakalakiki was great for lunch.

Wir (mein Mann und unser Hund) haben uns sehr wohl in diesem Haus gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber, in der Küche fehlte uns nichts, Geschirr usw. ist zahlreich vorhanden. Den direkten Zugang von der Garage zur Küche fanden wir sehr gut. Das Haus verfügt über ein sehr großes Grundstück was komplett eingezäunt ist und somit genial für Urlauber mit Hund oder auch mit kleinen Kindern.
Die Beschreibung in der Anzeige und die Fotos sind identisch. Der Gastgeber hat immer sofort freundlich und hilfreich auf Fragen geantwortet Zum Meer ist es nicht weit und es ist nie überfüllt gewesen (Reisezeit Mitte Juni). Zum nächsten Lebensmittelgeschäft sind es ca. 3/4 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es gibt viel zu erkunden in der Gegend. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort 😊

Situé à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage et du centre ville.
La propriétaire a été très réactive lors de nos échanges.
