About this house rental
The dune massif separates our house from the magnificent beach of Hatainville located opposite the Channel Islands.
Built in 2020, in a small residence intended for holidays (playground for children), you will enjoy an enclosed outdoor space of 320 m2 on which a terrace (garden furniture complete: table and 6 chairs, charcoal barbecue, relaxation lounge and deckchairs) and facing south-west will enchant you. A bay window allows easy access.
With a surface area of 66 m2, it is equipped to accommodate 6 people (4 adults and 2 children) + a baby in 3 bedrooms with new bedding. : 160×200 bed, 140x190 bed and 90x180 bunk beds (travel cot and high chair available free of charge). Also: a 108 cm connected TV, oven and induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine, hair dryer.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Carteret, its shops, restaurants and marina await you 3kms.

Another great stay. As usual, good contact with the landlords, which makes check-in easy. The house is as clean and cosy as ever. I don't need to say much about the area; you step out the door and can immediately enjoy the beautiful surroundings on foot. Great beaches in the area, especially with a dog, it's paradise. A place to feel at home.

Everything was as described. The communication was excellent. Very friendly and always available.
We found a clean house in which we felt very comfortable from the very first minute. The area is great, you can go for lovely walks. It was quiet, not very busy. Also great for dogs as the property is fenced.
