House "La Jolie Vague". 150 m from the centre of Baubigny, 7 km from the centre of Barneville Carteret, 35 km from the centre of Cherbourg, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. Private: garden 900 m2 with lawn, parking on the premises. Supermarket 7 km, bus stop 90 km, sandy beach 1.5 km.

Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open small gallery with sloping ceilings. Shower. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4), box-room. Beautiful view of the sea and the countryside.
