Vacation Apartment (120 m²)

Our modernly furnished "Kunterbunt" vacation apartment, with 90 m² of living space, features two beautiful bedrooms and two double-bed sofa beds in the living room. It also includes a kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a large bathtub and a rainforest shower. The bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds. The living room features a second or third sofa bed. This allows the apartment to accommodate up to 8 people. The apartment is located on the upper floor and features a terrace on the south side of the house, which creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere in the rooms. A lockable bike storage room is available. Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. A deposit of 20% of the total amount must be transferred to our account within 7 days of receiving the booking documents. The balance is due no later than 21 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings, payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). Wi-Fi, final cleaning, towels, and bed linens are included.
