All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming services available for guests to use with their own account(s).
Guests are advised to use a 4x4 vehicle in the event of snow for safer travel. Driveway is steep, but it is concrete, so 4WD is not required to navigate it

We had 16 at this home for a week and it was great! The driveway and path in the back to the lake are steep so be prepared for the hill. The house had wonderful ammenties that made it feel like home - cozy blankets, lake towels, shampoo/soap dispensers in every bathroom. This is a great spot on the lake and everyone should take a turn on the slide!
