The large ground floor space (almost 7m sq) is open plan with fully equipped kitchen, a large oak dining table, lounge area with comfy seating & smart TV. The décor embraces minimalist elegance with bursts of colour and carefully curated artwork. Fibre Wifi throughout & centrally heated.
Upstairs, luxurious deep carpet leads to two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom has exposed beams, with exposed wooden beams framing a 20-mile views towards Exmoor & the north coast, with a glimpse of the sea from another window. Furnished with a kingsize bed and elegant period furniture. The second bedroom offers adult-sized bunk beds with personal reading lights, side table and chair. The bathroom, is adorned with striking porcelain tiles, The main mirror boasts LED lighting, shaver/toothbrush charging point & built in, Bluetooth speakers for a modern touch. The shower is temperature controlled & never deviates from your preferred setting.

1 mile away in Newton Tracey is an old country pub, serving delicious food made from local produce.
Our nearest beach in Instow, is dog friendly a great beach sit & relax, with several pubs for a lunchtime treats. Instow is right on the Tarka Trail which is used by walkers and cyclists alike. The renowned surf spots of Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton beckon 25/30 mins away. Closer, is Westward Ho!, near Bideford & is a well known kite & surfing spot with a lovely beach 3 miles long.
