The kitchen includes an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There are two bedrooms, including a double and a twin, served by a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, with WiFi also provided. Travel cot and highchair are available on request. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with furniture, along with access to a shared outdoor heated swimming pool and paddling pool. Off-road parking for 2 cars is available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome,, sorry no other animals and no smoking. Note: The swimming pool is shared and available from late May to early September, with children to be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in is from 4pm. A Good House Keeping Bond of 200GBP for this property. Note: Electric vehicle charging is not permitted on site; a nearby charging point is available.
