Large property, well presented. Good kitchen, well stocked.

Communication from the host was great, she answered any Q's I had, no matter how daft. The location was perfect and the folder full of useful info regarding walks, heating, instructions etc was brilliant. The prosecco waiting for us was a lovely touch as were the tea, sugar and coffee (we have stayed in many places where it wasn't provided)
We really struggled to use the TV! We could either get sound and no picture or vice versa. Maybe instructions in the folder would be beneficial to those who aren't very tech savvy like us. The red knives in the kitchen weren't very sharp either! - these are literally the only two faults we could find and they in no means take away from an excellent visit

The location was excellent for travelling around. House was spacious with a good garden for the dog
Some of the furnishings were poor and need replacing. Both double beds were uncomfortable with one squeaking every time someone turned over. Armchair in small living room is really in need of being replaced as could be dangerous if the springs come out
