The property comes as advertised, properly apportioned for a great stay. Extremely bright light fixtures, maybe too bright for the size of the space, but better than being dark. Clean. Organized. Large washer/dryer was also a unexpected feature. Since it was off-season, we found 142nd St. beach access was easiest to utilize. The only drawback, which I know the owner can't control, was a neighboring unit's dog would bark quite incessantly at times, usually a little too early in the morning. I suspect it was after its owner(s) left for the day.

My family had a great stay at this condo. It is a good location and a very cute place. The two bedrooms are large and comfortable. We are planning on staying again!

Very clean and plenty of room. A bit disappointed with the weather, but had a very relaxing vacation.
