About this house rental
Bright, super clean and newly updated townhouse on a quiet canal with sunset views on the Ocean City/Fenwick Island line in a family-friendly neighborhood. Bring your boat, paddle board, kayak or bikes, or rent them across the street. A short walk or bike ride to the beach, and walking distance to Harpoon Hannah's, Catch 54 and Papa Grande's.
Master bedroom with super comfortable king bed, custom window treatments and en-suite renovated full bathroom, plus large closet. Second bedroom with queen bed and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds share a newly renovated full bath in the hall. A selection of pillows to choose from (down, primaloft and memory foam) and all new bedding. Just bring your own sheets and towels! Brand new carpet for 2021 and lots of other updates this year, and every year.
A well equipped new kitchen and large dining table are perfect for family dinners or game nights, and the deck is a great place to take in the sunset and grill on our electric grill. Or watch Netflix or a DVD on the brand new smart TV. We've also got games, beach books, a crab pot, fishing rods, beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart that you are welcome to use.

We had the very best time!
This home has everything you could want for a vacation.
The location is ideal- close enough to the livliness of the hustle and bustle of Ocean city and the boardwalk but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.
Close to all of the Delaware beaches so easy to take a trip there as well.
We had such a good time with our 2 adult children.
Lara was welcoming and helpful.
We loved all of the board games at the home and the beds were so comfortable!! Beautifully decorated!

We love it here! This was our second stay for our annual family beach week. The house is clean, spacious, well-stocked, and in a great location/neighborhood. The owner is very kind and accommodating.

The property is a short car ride to the beach, convenient for restaurants and grocery shopping. The house is nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen.The neighborhood is quite and we really enjoyed our short break.It was a pleasure to deal with our host Lara who was very responsive.
