This rental is a ground level canal front unit in a duplex located just 2 blocks from the beach in the lovely highly desired Caine Woods Community. It is ground level. There is a separate unit above (not part of this rental) Excellent location directly across the street from Gorman Park, and short walk to beach, Old Pro Golf, Arcade, and Harpoon Hannas. Fish and crab from the large bulkhead or take a short walk to the beach. Paddle board or kayak in Assawoman Bay. This unit offers a large owners suite with king sized bed and on suite hotel style bathroom, and extra large bedrooms. Second bedroom has custom double bunk beds with reclaimed wood stairs. Bunk beds have three twin XL beds and one full XL bed. There is also a pull out sofa on the living room. Both bedrooms and living room have smart TV's. Unit features outdoor shower and outdoor living room area. Large kitchen with quartz counters, and new appliances. Neighborhood feels more like a residential neighborhood. You will love the location. Must be 25 years old or older to book.

Beautiful place. Very cozy. Loved the deck out back for hanging with dog, fishing and sunbathing. Cant forget the Automobile theme. Wow! Beautiful work!Small walk to and from the beach. We patronized Taphouse and many others while in OCMD. Side note- we did have some trouble with the front door unlocking. GREAT PLACE!!

Great home, very beachy and close to the ocean. Loved sitting outside overlooking the canal. We watched the birds every day! The home has everything you need. Great times.

We had a great week. Loved being on the bayside and having the pier. The place is a quick and easy walk to the beach. The kids loved the bunk room. Great place for families to stay

There were ants all over the kitchen counters with ant traps behind the toaster oven.we had to kill ants with paper towels all week.
There’s no way to sit outside when it’s raining or even drizzling as water pours through the upstairs decking. It should be noted that the outside area can not be used on rainy days. Every other place we’ve ever rented has covered outside areas to sit out even when it rains. That was disappointing.
