Right at the heart of downtown of Ocean City, this apartment is Ocean side just a few steps from the soft sands and warm Atlantic waves of the beach. This apartment offers a clean, affordable and comfortable apartment to families, friends and whoever is looking for an enjoyable stay in Ocean City Start every morning drinking a coffee and breathing in fresh ocean air on the balcony. Inside the apartment there is a common area with one pullout sofas, flat screen TV, chairs, coffee table, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Delicious meals await at nearby restaurants, but for those who'd prefer to do their own cooking, the kitchen has everything you need to whip up something tasty. The apartment is equipped with up to date air conditioning ensuring that our costumers are cool and comfortable.
This apartment sleeps up to eight guests and is ideal for a family or friends visiting the Atlantic shore together. The apartments do not come with towels and bed linens. You can either bring yours from home or rent them from management for a small fee. PETS ARE WELCOME! Charges are applicable ($30) per pet per night for pets under 50lbs and $35 per pet per night for pets over 50lbs.
Head south half mile, to the top of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk for seaside fun and excitement. Or take the entire family to the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park for a day of rides, treats, and midway-style entertainment, just one mile away.

This property was in a great location, being a 1/2 a block from the boardwalk. We were able to park for the weekend in the available lot, as all attractions were within walking distance. Angelo was very friendly and available for anything we needed. The apt was clean and the beds were comfortable. They are pet friendly and we were able to bring our dogs. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great check in. The owner was prepared with my paperwork and made sure we parked in our reserved space correctly. I love the fact that it's just steps away from the boardwalk! I wish there would have been an updated stove because I was a bit nervous using it due to the fact that it's really old and there wasn't enough pots and pans to cook a full breakfast at once. There was also an issue with our check out morning. I was in the kitchen cooking breakfast yet and the housekeeper nudged the door open on me and told me she was gonna clean when I was done. Our check out time was 10 am and it was only 9 am when she showed up. There were multiple attempts on her part to come in while we were still gathering our things. Then we got our things packed in our car and my husband went back inside to use the bathroom. The housekeeper got in the house and walked in on my husband pulling his pants up in the bathroom. That was uncomfortable. We felt a bit rushed especially at that point. Other than that, it was good place and we enjoyed the stay overall.
