It's a Beautiful Day! Welcome to our delightful 3-bedroom cottage, nestled just steps away from the serene shores of Colonial Beach. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family retreat, or a peaceful solo escape, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
Living Spaces: Relax in the cozy living room featuring plush seating and a flat-screen TV, ideal for movie nights or unwinding after a day of exploration. Just off of the main living area is an office space, in case you need to combine work and play.
Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your culinary creations in the eat-in kitchen, or on the back deck, with seating for 4-6 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets and more!
Bedrooms: Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night's sleep. All located on the second floor of the home, the primary suite includes a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other two rooms offer a queen-sized bed and two twin beds, and share a full bathroom.

Bathrooms: There is a half bath downstairs for your convenience, plus two full-bathrooms upstairs. A shared bathroom upstairs includes a tub/shower and spacious vanity, and the primary en suite bath includes a large soaking tub, and separate shower.
Outdoor Space: Step outside to a spacious fenced in yard, complete with outdoor dining, charcoal grill, and a fire pit—perfect for al fresco dining or morning coffee. Additionally, you can enjoy the sunrise from the covered front porch.

- Corn hole boards

- Pack n Play, high chair & baby gates and toys included
- Paper products (starter amount, any more will need to be purchased by guest)

- Pets are welcome with a $75 per pet (2 maximum), non-refundable fee.
- Early check in and late check out may be available, depending on availability for an additional $50 charge. Not always guaranteed. Depending on the reservation, the fee may be collected at the time of booking or manually collected after.
Local Attractions: Explore nearby attractions such as Colonial Beach Municipal Pier, Bayside Marina, and Monroe Bay Vineyard. For dining, consider visiting Drift for fresh seafood or Circa1892 for your wine, cheese and specialty sandwiches. While the city is very walkable, you may want to consider a golf cart rental for the duration of your stay so you can explore everything the city has to offer including more restaurants options down in the marina and The Point.

This house was perfect for the occasion. My band had a show at a venue nearby, and we needed a place to stay after the show since we all live relatively far and some members drove from out of state. It provided a space for us to reconnect and have a memorable experience. The house was clean when we arrived, and ready for everyone as they showed up. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and there was plenty of space for us to gather. If my band gets to play at that venue in the future, I would definitely consider renting this house again.
