Watch sunrise and sunsets overlooking the Potomac River and Monroe Bay on the rooftop deck. Your new, modern, spacious townhome(end unit) fully furnished with everything you need AND DOG FRIENDLY. Relax at the HEATED pool or the river. This quiet family friendly town is walkable or rent a golf cart. Separate levels with tv's so kids and adults can be on separate floors. Relax by the rooftop fire pit or in the HEATED pool. 2 adjacent parks kids love! Walk to beach & waterfront restaurants. A quiet, safe community for the kids to enjoy both the river and bay. Close to the city, but world's apart. $100/dog/stay. No cats. 3 vehicle max. No more than 10 people are allowed at the house.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Colonial Beach! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Loved that we were able to bring our dog. We especially enjoyed spending time at the community pool. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Colonial Beach!

Property is clean and in a great location. Lots of stairs but we knew that as this is our second time to stay there.

This property was perfect for family vacation! Its was beautiful clean and equipped with dishes to prepare meals. Having access to the pool was a bonus! The beach is a short walk away. The property manager Brandon was great! He was extremely helpful and always responded in a timely professional manner.
