The host was very responsive. The home was nice for our family trip. We had to shorten the stay due to incoming weather. It was well worth the price and a very nice get away. We will stay at this home again for future Colonial Beach trips.

We absolutely loved the house. It is very modern and comfortable. If you like lighting the house has plenty of high hats with bright bulbs. The house is very clean and well supplied. Communication with Moe is on point. He was available to and answered each time I had a question or comment. This house is in a prime location on the main strip. There is plenty of on site parking in the back yard. This was my first time visiting Colonial Beach and I will return with my family, I hope this home is available for when I return. If you get the chance to visit Colonial Beach this home is a great place to lay your head. Thank you Moe for a wonderful weekend getaway home.

This property is absolutely adorable. The only issue is the beds are not the most comfortable. Also while we were there, they decided they wanted to repave the road out front so needless to say it was rather noisy the last two nights there. They paved all night long.
