This cottage really is adorable! It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all with full tubs (bring extra TP, you only get 1 roll in each bath). It was just enough room for all our guests (we had 7). The location is not to far from DC and there is plenty to see in Colonial Beach as well as the surrounding area. There is a BBQ which made making dinners easy, a fire pit, although you have to bring your own fire wood. The dining table seats 4 and there is a 2 person pub table. (I did notice a folding table and chairs in the laundry room for extra seating). Washer and dryer on site. Refrigerator is large with plenty of room for a weeks worth of food. Plenty of on-site parking (we had 2 cars and a motorcycle). The hosts were very responsive and replied to texts promptly. All in all we had a great stay here. I would highly recommend.
Should have fans in each upstairs room, there were only 2 and 1 more would of been nice.
