The kitchen fully stocked and gas grill on deck- all you’ll need Is food! Colonial Beach has two grocery stores, a convenient store and many restaurants.
The cottage features a large enclosed porch, very large fenced yard for you and your pets, and patio.
Guests can spread out with 3 bedrooms and recently remodeled 2 bathrooms! Watch the sunset on Monroe Bay from the front porch!
The best beach around is just a couple blocks away!
For your convenience beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels and toys included. Parking at the beach is $2. per hour, download the app ‘Flowbird’.

Loved everything!! Close to everything we wanted to visit, and plenty of space. Had everything we needed, especially kitchen needs. We hope to go back and rent again soon.
