Welcome to this house of character ideal for a stay with family or friends, located a stone's throw from the city center of Charolles, while being nestled in a green setting, quiet, by the river. Enjoy a unique bucolic setting, with an unobstructed view of the Promenade Saint-Nicolas and immediate access to all shops, restaurants and activities on foot.

4 comfortable bedrooms, with bed linen and towels provided:
Bedroom 1: 160 cm double bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x 90 single beds
Bedroom 3: 140 double bed
Bedroom 4: 120 double bed and 90 single bed
Mezzanine: 190x140 double sofa bed, ideal for an extra bed (sheets and towels are not provided for this bed)
2 modern shower rooms, one on each floor,
Bathroom 1: Located on the first floor, with 80x140 shower and separate toilet.
Bathroom 2: Upstairs, complete with shower and toilet.
Relaxation areas on each level: TV corner, reading or games, perfect for isolating yourself, relaxing according to everyone's desires.
A pleasant garden on synthetic grass, partially shaded (rotating shade during the day), equipped with garden furniture under an arbour, barbecue and plancha for convivial outdoor meals.
A large cellar with windows that can be used as a cool dining room on the hottest days, with direct access to the garden.
