We hebben onze overnachting niet waar gemaakt door al die ellendige codes voordeur buitendienst poorten dood eng en niet veilig!

Wij hebben daadwerkelijk bedwantsen in het bed aangetroffen. Ook het feit dat de airco niet zelfstandig te bedienen was; volgens de personeelsleden was dit via de SMS bij hen te melden, maar reageerden ze pas 8 uur later en hadden wij er al niks meer aan. Er lag maar 1 kleine handdoek per persoon in het appartement, er was geen voeten handdoek of mat geleverd. Na hierover bij het personeel geklaagd te hebben zijn wij niet geholpen. De voordeur had een beveiligingscode die helemaal nergens voor diende want de deur zat niet eens op slot en was zo open te duwen.

Ligging dichtbij het centrum. We hebben niemand gezien tijdens ons verblijf. Het begon al direct na de boeking, een lijst met mededeling hoe we in het appartement kunnen. Op de voorlaatste dag een lijst met verdere mededelingen. Op de dag van aankomst nog een mailtje hoe we naar binnen moeten, met allerlei codes van de parkeerplaats, de buitendeur en de kamerdeur. Het leek wel een militaire operatie. Uiteindelijk bleek de parkeerplaats open en zo te zien aan de toestand van het hek zal dat nog wel even duren. Ook de buitendeur ging open zonder code. Bij de kamerdeur hadden we weer wel code nodig,en nog wel een hele lange. Al met al geen prettige ervaring dat iedereen zowel bij de auto kon komen en bij de voordeur zo naar binnen kon gaan.

Logement agréable et propre mais manque réellement de relations humaines pour ajuster les besoins !

L’appartement est très propre, les équipements neufs et la décoration de très bon goût. Le parking privé sécurisé est un vrai avantage.

LA CLIMATISATION !!!! Réglage à distance par la personne qui gère, aucune possibilité de réduire soi même, résultat : une nuit avec un air froid sur la tête extrêmement désagréable. J’ai tenté un message en soirée mais sans résultat. Cela a été un vrai point négatif alors que sur le reste il n’y avait rien à dire.

Goede optie voor een ontspannen overnachting onderweg

Ook op de terugweg van vakantie hebben we hier een nacht doorgebracht. Dit keer zaten we met 4 personen in appartement 4. Met een slaapbank in de woonkamer en een aparte slaapkamer voldoende comfort en ruimte voor 1 nacht. Centrum van Maçon op loopafstand. En veilige afgesloten parkeerplaats. Het appartement was luxe en schoon.

Appartement moderne et très bien décoré. Très propre.

Les toilettes sont trop petites. Il faut contourner la porte pour réussir à rentrer et sortir.
