Looks good but little things let it down.

It was very clean & stylish. The kitchen was well equipped

For us, as we are only 2 people, one bathroom and one toilet were fine but if there were 6 of us it would have been difficult. Despite a previous guest having complained back in 2022 about the lack of a full length mirror, none had been provided by 2025. The system of centralised control of the a/c system patently doesn’t work. So many guests have complained about it. The apartment looks good in photos and on paper but is obviously run by someone with no idea of good customer service.

Good

Since I only use debit cards I couldn't make the guarantee deposit, but they still let me use the very spacious, clean, well equipped place. Friendly cleaning personnel. Great safe parking.

Photos were not representative of our accomodation. The neighborhood was further from the center than expected. The shower was not functional, as the shower head is at 1 meter 60 cm and the rain option does not mix the cold and hot water well. Personally I don't like the rain showers as 70 percent of the water falls next to me, though it might be fun for couples.

Exceptional

A hidden gem in Macon, a huge and very modern apartment. The access is quite easy even if you need to enter 3 different codes. The location is wonderful, at the edge of the old town and a couple of minutes walk from the bank of the Saone. You have all necessary kitchen appliances. Basically, I would really recommend this place either as a stop on the way to the Southern France or as a base to explore the region.

The only minus is strange arrangement with air conditioning. We did not find any remote control, and a note in the room said that we had to send an SMS to regulate aircon remotely. I did, but did not get any reply. The air temperature was relatively comfortable nevertheless, but what if I really wanted to make it cooler/warmer?

An excellent property in a very lovely part of France.

The location is excellent - close to the river and the centre of town, including restaurants. Very clean and modern fittings, including airconditioning and good wifi. Excellent off-street parking.

The hosts were not very responsive to requests and issues. It is required to contact the host to have the temperature of the airconditioning change but they did not respond. The kitchen is quite well-equipped but lacked a few items, such as sharp knives for cooking.

Très bel appartement, calme, vaste, confortable, très bien chauffé, déco soignée. Nous avons apprécié l'excellent emplacement tout près du centre ville , le parking, les explications trés précises pour accéder à l'appartement

L’emplacement, la propreté, l’appartement est très joli et l’immeuble aussi, place de parking fermée, les dosettes à café !

Le canapé lit n’est pas hyper confortable mais pour une nuit ça va pas trop mal.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille

La pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte, les canapés spacieux permettant à tous de s’assoir confortablement, l’emplacement pour se garer, la propreté générale de l’appartement

Le chauffage réglable seulement à distance. Une grande marmite pour cuire des pâtes aurait été bienvenue. Prévoir aussi un tapis de bain, sol mouillé très glissant!

War leicht zu finden, sauber, gute Betten.

Ich empfand die Kommunikation als sehr kompliziert, viele mails, teils kurzfristig, viele Einweisungen, streng. Internetverbindung hat nicht funktioniert. Wohnung für meine Begriffe lieblos ausgestattet.
