We arrived on a Sunday, the shops we're closed, so we couldn't buy milk, shower gel etc

The location is central in Cluny and the apartment is clean.
The hosts are a little rude and not helpful. The check in was a bit of a nightmare, you have to unlock the locker outside the main door with an app connected to your phone, which is not working very well. There is also a locker to enter the apartment.

Exceptional
Sandra and François offered to come pick me up from the station which was so generous of them. François also showed me around town and explain the main sites and places to visit. The room is spacious and has everything you need including a fan, bed and shower supplies. I am very satisfied with my time spent in the Orchidées and intend to come back with family or friends. Thank you!

Good place, but don't like how the deposit issue is solved.

The owners require a DEPOSIT of € 100. To this end, you have to entrust your card information (number, CVC code) to their PRIVATE INTERNET PROVIDER. Leaves you with an awkward feeling in the stomach.

Close to all amenities
Exceptionally clean and well equipped. In the centre of close to shops and restaurants. Owners were very welcoming and friendly.

Exceptional
The Apartment is well situated and perfect for stop over in Cluny. You can reach everything by foot. There are nice bars, restaurants and cafes just around the corner, just as the main attraction: the Abbey. The landlords are helpful, very friendly and speak very good English even German , what helped us - non french speaking tourists- a lot! The apartment is well equipped for the daily use and very tidy. We hope so see you soon!
