About this house rental
Southern Burgundy separated house located in a very quiet hamlet facing the fountain
Traditional building of 150M² (1620 sq ft)with big grund-1200M² - Entirely renovated in contempary style with perspectives beautiful view.
4 bedrooms,one(20M²) with double bed , the second one(20M²) with 2 single beds the third one(25 M²) with sofa-bed and the fourth(8 M²) with double bed
One bathroom with shower,bath and sanitary equipment.
One separatly W.C
One garage for one vehicle and a private parking for 3 cars.
Ideal location to visit:
the arboretum of Pezanin
the'galerie europeenne de la forêt de Dompierre'
the vineyard of maconnais and his numerous cellars
Cluny ancient benedictin abbey and his 'haras national'
very many castels(Cormatin,Pierreclos,la château de Lamartine..
The prehistoric sites(Aze (12 kms) , Blanot (7 kms)
Numrous fountains all over the country ..and in particular the fountain near the house ,across the street.
Hygienic conditions in their appreciations ,the travelers underlined the impeccable cleanliness of the house. Face with the Cover- period, I am strengthening sanitary conditions:
1) 1 night will be blocked (30 Hours min.) before and after each stay.
2) The cleaning will be followed by the disinfection the rooms ,surfaces, door handles, garden furniture...
3)Cleaning products will be made available to you.
4) A sum of 100€ corresponding to the end of stay cleanings is to be paid the day of arrival in the house
