Excellent studio apartment. There is a full kitchen but we did not use it. We did use the washing machine and the clothes line be on the roof terrace.
Excellent air conditioning and electric shutters on windows. Very comfortable bed and dining chairs.
Very close to main pedestrian street which leads down to the beach. The no 6 bus stop into the old town is at the end of the street.
We really enjoyed breakfast at Cafe Ma Belle which is a bar as well with attached bakery. So coffee and pastry in the morning at very reasonable price. Pinos restaurant again very close by is excellent.
Jelena the owner was so helpful and kind. There were videos showing how to check in and she also left us some water, juice and biscuits. Nothing was too much trouble.
Nothing except the 4 flights of stairs as the apartment is on the 4th floor. But these are outweighed by the very comfortable apartment, exceptionally helpful owner and the location.

The apartment is in a great location, very close to restaurants and only 5-6 mins walk to a nearby beach. If you are up for walking 20 mins you can get to the beautiful Copacabana Beach which we went to most days. Beautiful view from the apartment. Also there is a supermarket 1 min away. Dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment was very convenient. The host was great - we would love to stay again.
There are a few flights of stairs to climb to the flat, though this did not bother us.

Super modern, netjes, schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en een de vrouw die het appartement aanbied denk enorm mee en geeft duidelijke uitleg over alles wat je vraagt.

Jelena was so accommodating, we booked a last minute trip but was able to make our trip feel like a home from home. Gave many recommendeds for the area including activities and restaurants near by.
Checked in daily to make sure we had everything for our stay, such a good location, facilities are perfect! We loved breakfast on the roof top every morning.
Nothing, perfect trip.
