Good location, just by the promenade to the beach, 45min walk to the old town, tangerine trees and little table in the yard. Apartement was cosy, very clean and well equiped. Fruit, water and bottle of wine as bonus. All things needed for cooking and enjoying stay at Dubrovnik.
Safety door made kitchen area rather dark, but during day time with windows and doors open it didn’t bother.

Mateo was an ideal host, meet us at the apartment on our arrival and communicated through wattsapp. He was very friendly and showed us everything we needed to know for the stay. Also left us a complimentary bottle of wine & water in the fridge on arrival, was a lovely touch. He also gave us tips and brochure for local attractions. Apartment had everything you would need for a stay, had hairdryer, beach towels and iron and iron board.
Nothing, everything was very excellent.

Modern spacious comfortable and clean apartment in a super location. Bus stop is adjacent and there are many restaurants on the pedestrian path to the beach. I would recommend to others.
No parking nearby and we got a parking fine on the Main Street. No pool but the beach is only a 3 minute walk.
