Nice apartment and location

Great location. Car parking. Clean and comfortable apartment. Good aircon. Especially liked the roof balcony with a sea/sunset view. Easy taxi ride into the old town (which is amazing). There are plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby, too. Excellent supermarket just 2 mins walk away.

The apartment could do with a few more pots and pans, etc. (and a breadboard and a toaster). It was fine for our family of four, though. Croatia, especially Dubrovnik, has become quite expensive, though, which is a shame as it is beautiful.

Ivan the perfect host

Ivan the host is brilliant. The duplex was perfect for our needs.The teenage children had their own living space upstairs with balconies and a big TV. Perfect holiday for kids of their age or a mixed group.Spacious and really well equipped. Cannot fault Ivan he helped us book taxis and was on site to meet and greet us. Such a great welcome. We will be back.

Fantastic stay close to beach

Fantastic apartment, 2 floors with 3 bedrooms. All amenities available, good airconditioning in summer :) Owner was very nice and gave restaurant tip too. Very good location close to beach and restaurants and old town easy reachable with taxi’s

Good location and value for money, greate host

The host and his wife are amazing. Always willing to help and advice. The location of the property is good: shops, restaurants, beach and bus stop are nearby. Apartment had all the necessary appliances and was very clean. If we are to come back to Dubrovnik, we are definitely staying there again.

Absolute a must this appartment for beach lovers (5 min walk or with a cab to the Banje beach).

We had contact before we arrived and the host arranged a cab for us at the airport which was a great driver and very nice person. He was pronounced as number one ;-) Great restaurants in the direct environment, a very good supermarket right on the corner and No.1 was every day reachable by phone.

We didn't know that we had to be silence after 12 in the evening and we made to much noice for the neighbours. Ofcourse we didn't read the rules so it would be better if he told us the rules about the noice but after that we were quite the next nights.

Perfect accommodation for multiple persons staying for multiple days.

Upon arrival we were greeted and given keys, the host lives in the neighbour. The apartment was big and it had everything we wished for, multiple balconies to enjoy the sunny weather. Also two sets of keys, perfect for multiple persons staying for multiple days! Bus stop within 50 metres, bus to centre and old town very accessible. Within walking distance many good restaurants, a grocery store and other services, perfect location!

Exceptional property.

Just back from a weeks stay in Agape. Ivan the host was so friendly and picked us up at the airport. Recommended things to do and places to see, can't thank him enough. The property has everything and 5 mins to the beach. Supermarket, restaurants and bus stop are only two minutes walk away. All in all a fabulous property in a wonderful, friendly country. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything was perfect. Could't wish more. Ivan was very helpfull. He gave us many good tips which help a lot, also while we travelled hirecar. He booked as a boat and reserved table from nice restaurant. Also location is perfect, as so many else has said.

Уютна квартира, що дозволяє дуже комфортно розміститись великою компанією. Кожен поверх має свою вітальню та балкон. Зручні ліжка, чиста білизна, загалом чиста квартира. Окрема подяка господарю Івану за гостинність та відповіді на всі наші питання, надав гарні поради щодо подорожі на острови. Локація ідеальна - 5 хвилин пішки до пляжу, поряд супермаркети, безліч кафе та ресторанів, великий парк. Досить полога частина міста.
