The stay was excellent overall. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The pool area was a highlight and perfect to relax. The location is convenient while still feeling peaceful. Special mention to Putu, the villa manager, who is genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful hosts I’ve come across. She was always available, proactive, and made the entire stay smooth and comfortable.
Nothing that affected the stay in a meaningful way.

quite new and property looks nice and clean.
staff is friendly. we checked in very late and self checkin, instruction is clear and easy to follow.

Logement relativement récent
L’absence totale de service. Il n’y a pas de rideaux et volets à toutes les fenêtres donc ne compter pas faire une prolongation de sommeil car vous ne pouvez qu’être réveillé au lever du soleil. Et quand je demande de faire quelque chose, on me répond que c’est l’heure de la prière et même après, pas de nouvelles. Donc faut arrêter cette activité si vous n’êtes pas câblé pour, Mme la propriétaire. Même booking ne répond plus…l’île est sujette aux bruits incessants des scooters, donc le logement n’est pas épargné
