Nice spacious, good interior, good location, not far from beach or restaurants, good value

Can be a bit noisy but that is to be expected from staying in the middle of Seminyak

The pool was fantastic, the open air downstairs feels like one with nature. Squirrels to watch in the trees. Staff are fab. Location could not be better.

No breakfast included. Location Great. Private pool area very nice. Upstairs bedroom area comfortable simple but nice. On my first morning I had a little snake incident. I saw one slither into the bedroom - I called up the contact number and they had someone round very quickly to remove it for me which I thought was excellent reactive service.

Despite advising via WhatsApp that my plane was late, and that I would be arriving after dark there was no one there to let me in – they did arrive quite quickly once I’d called , but I was pretty exhausted and it would’ve been nice to have been met without having to make phone calls. Then I found that the front external door didn’t lock. I called the property manager again and he did send someone round very quickly to get it sorted, but that sort of thing probably should be checked day of arrival so that it doesn’t happen when the guest is in situ. .On my second night, there was a big storm and several small places where water came into the upstairs area which by itself wouldn’t have worried me, but unfortunately in addition a large section of the bathroom Ceiling collapsed in, breaking the toilet seat and leaving debris everywhere, which made it very difficult for me to use the toilet and impossible for me to shower. There was nothing that could be done at night so I just took photographs and sent them through in the morning. I did receive an apology, but given the circumstances and offer of a credit or partial refund would’ve sat better with me as I was unable to sleep the rest of the night for fear of more collapses and water ingress causing problems with the electrics.
