Casa Yenny Balinese Style Villa by GLOBALSTAY - Seminyak x Kuta x Canggu

Nice Villa Ina nice location. It was clean, good WiFi, TV. The team/staff was very responsive when we had questions - communication via whatsapp. Centrally located , close to e.g. Seminyak beach (10 minutes by car/Grab - Not in walking distance)

Recommendation: to add some glasses, coffee mugs, cutlery and towels for the kitchen/dishes

De prijskwaliteit verhouding is oke

Badkamer was erg smerig en de keuken stonk. Wifi deed het niet en foto’s geven een wat vertekend beeld. Het wordt slecht onderhouden

The pool was nice in the 30°C heat. AC may need a recharge but did cool place down a bit. Good WiFi. Had issues with electronic door entry, but host was able to respond quickly and assist with entry. Note at house says to change a cleaning sign to ‘please clean’, but we never did find a sign to change. May need updates on some documents printed at house. Cleaning lady Kiki comes every 2 days. And Pool guy comes once a week

There is a price list for coffee and other things, but inventory was depleted. Kitchen had the basics, but not really set up for cooking. There wasn’t even a handle on the oven. With cost of eating out very cheap, this did not affect our stay.

The property was great, if it wasn’t for the issue we had we would haven enjoyed our stay. Great little pool, all the amenities we needed, clean, good locations

There was a water issue on first day, after the cleaner noticed the toilet was leaking They came to fix but couldn’t fix it, from there we had no water the remainder of our visit, we asked the staff and the company multiple times a day on an update with very minimal reaction The water worked for a few minutes after having to go onto the roof and press A button, which is what the staff told us to do when they replied. After minimal contact we had to organise alternative accomodation, I believe someone came on the last day to replace something,however we had already planned to move somewhere else
