Good location and parking as well as being clean. Nice that there was tea, coffee and milk available when we arrived. The WiFi wasn't working when we arrived but was fixed quickly after notifying the agent which was great.
On quite a busy road, so a little noisy during the evening but not overnight. There were only 2 of all of the kitchen items which was a bit inconvenient. The bed was ok, but the mattress was a bit soft which wasn't great if you have a bad back.

Spotlessly clean, Modern decor, everything we needed in the kitchen,Smart TV with multiple apps. Bed linen and towels good quality, Ideal location from Worcester town.Ample parking at the property was a plus.
We loved our stay, would have liked bed linen for the sofa bed, also the microwave was too high for us to use safely, I had to stand on a stool, my sister is taller than me but still had to take great care using it as she had to reach up.

The door was unlocked at the time of arrival and there was urine in the loo that was not flushed
