LOVED waking up to the view and sounds of the ocean and being able to walk right out from the place to the beach! Loved the balconies and the deck with beach items available. We watched dolphins going by one day. Also liked that there was a Walmart and Publix handy for shopping. There were paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, a couple packets of laundry detergent, etc. already there, which helps.

Updating or fixing items would make a huge difference. The shower door downstairs was not working. And the couches in the lowest level (where you walk in) are pretty worn. The sofa bed was hard and seemed like it needed a cushion or mattress on top of it. Some bedspreads were worn... had little "balls" all over. Some ornamental decor on the mirror was broken off. The Jacuzzi jets in the master bedroom wouldn't come on (a big dissappointment). And in the smaller bathtub with jets, the plug wasn't working, so it wouldn't hold water. Things didn't seem thoroughly cleaned... toys/dust/items under furniture and we rewashed some items in the kitchen before using. The description of the bedrooms was a bit confusing. We planned on 4 actual bedrooms, but the fourth was where the couches are in the lowest level. So there are just 3 closed in bedrooms. We also didn't enjoy the impersonal, automated replies to our questions while there. For example, when we asked for a little later check out the night before, we just got an automated reply and then in the morning, we got a reply that it is too late, the cleaners are already on their way.
