Stylishly decorated with variegated wood-style floors and soft coastal hued walls, this home perfectly captures the ambiance of the Emerald Coast. This townhouse rental’s first floor has two large queen bedrooms and a full bathroom. There’s added space with twin hall bunks…perfect for younger children. The first floor is rounded out with a wet bar and a refrigerator. The first floor living space is ideal for anyone who wants a little privacy on their beach getaway.
The second floor has an additional bedroom, which could be considered the master suite. The master has a king bed, upgraded with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. The bathroom has been recently renovated with a new walk-in shower and double vanity.
Meanwhile, the main living space has all new plush leather furnishings and a large TV, great for entertaining. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island…perfect for light entertaining! Family Vacay for our 3 adult children (all Guys!) and their significant others! Hard to get them all together with college and jobs but we made it! This rental was ALL the Beach House feels with room for everyone, short walk to the beach, a grill and close to all the shopping and restaurants! When renting a house on the beach you forego the pool and luxury but you get easy beach access, closely monitored private beach and the included beach service was in point! Our chairs were front and center (along with our additional service purchased) and we got all the sun and fun that Destin offers! We had a little snafu after we left but the Vacation Haven Customer Service handled it in a timely manner! Would definitely stay again!!

The rental is in a great location and only takes a few minutes to walk to the beack. It includes a couple of chairs and umbrella and the house has extra chair and toys for the kids.

Upon arrival the floors had not been cleaned. The condo was cleaned everywhere else. The worst part of staying here was being harassed by the guy that sets up the beach chairs and telling us we were not allowed on the beach. He was trying to get us to pay $150 to sit on the beach with our own chairs! I paid $2000 for the condo I'm pretty sure the beach doesn't cost money. It was a struggle every day going to the beach and having the same conversation with him. Telling him we rented the condo for that beach. I'm not sure if anyone else has had that issue but it makes me not want to stay there again. Also, someone scheduled for there to be maintenance done in the condo while staying there and I was not notified. I came back from the beach and there was a random person in the condo. I had personal items and purses out. I should have been notified someone was coming to do maintenance. I have to say the staff of the management company was helpful and courteous when called about the beach incident.
