Stylishly decorated with variegated wood-style floors and soft coastal hued walls, this home perfectly captures the ambiance of the Emerald Coast. This townhouse rental’s first floor has two large queen bedrooms and a full bathroom. There’s added space with twin hall bunks…perfect for younger children. The first floor is rounded out with a wet bar and a refrigerator. The first floor living space is ideal for anyone who wants a little privacy on their beach getaway.
The second floor has an additional bedroom, which could be considered the master suite. The master has a king bed, upgraded with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. The bathroom has been recently renovated with a new walk-in shower and double vanity.
Meanwhile, the main living space has all new plush leather furnishings and a large TV, great for entertaining. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island…perfect for light entertaining! The area was very nice, we were close to a couple restaurants and stores. The whole place was very well maintained and cleaned. Would definitely book again. Quick side note, when we arrived the side door seemed to be broken, but the next day a repairman had come over to take a look at it, which comes to show that the hosts are well on top of their maintenance. Overall great place, great area, would definitely book again in the future

We absolutely loved this rental!! Nothing but great things to say about it! We will be renting this exact unit every year for spring break with our family. Being able to walk to the beach next door was such a game changer with small children.

The house was perfectly situated. Close to food,fun ,shopping and the beach. 5 stars would definitely recommend. This will stay on the list for next year.
