The master bedroom has been updated with a Pottery Barn seagrass KING woven bed.

The second bedroom has a KING bed

Villa Coyaba has just 32 condos on its own private beach. The large pool has plenty of chaise lounges, tables and chairs with umbrellas and is heated in the cooler months. Enjoy the grilling area with patio seating overlooking the gulf.

Two underground parking spots per condo. The entrance to the underground parking garage is only 7'1" - please measure any large vehicles!
The beach, pool, gym and grilling area are for the sole use of Villa Coyaba guests. Gym Hours 9am - 9pm. While friends or family may visit you at your condo, they may not use the facilities.
Saturday to Saturday rentals only during summer season and spring/fall breaks. Must be 25 or older to reserve, no chaperoned groups. Sleeps 10. Both a Booster seat and pack and play are located in each YFAB unit. Cribs are available through our Concierge service.
Villa Coyaba is a non-smoking facility. (There are 2 smoking outposts on the east and west side of the building)
Please review your charges before booking on line with VRBO as we are unable to refund their charges. Per HOA rules, guests are not permitted to bring pets.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
Your Friend at the Beach accepts VISA, MC, Discover and can arrange for E-checks. We DO NOT accept American Express

A for the team managing this rental unit. The condo is very well managed — spacious, clean, and fully ready upon check‑in. It’s extremely family‑friendly, and communication throughout our stay was clear, timely, and consistent. The kitchen had plenty of appliances and cookware, the towels were abundant, and the laundry machines were new and efficient. The location is excellent with plenty to do nearby. The valet team that sets up the beach chairs each morning is fantastic — everything was ready for us daily, which made getting to the beach effortless. The pool and the surrounding grounds were also very clean and well maintained.Friends at The Beach manages the condo exceptionally well, with prompt responses and a friendly, professional staff.The only issue we experienced was with the brick pathway lighting toward the east end of the property at night. The pool and grill area pathways were well lit, but the walkway leading to the grill area is missing all of the lighting that once existed. In one of the low‑lit areas where the drains dip down, my father tripped and fell. We lost two days of our vacation in doctors’ offices, and several of our plans had to be altered because of the injury.The condo itself and the management team were excellent; this lighting issue is strictly related to one area of the property grounds and is something future guests should be aware of until it’s addressed.

What an incredible condo that had everything we needed! We loved being on the 1st floor with easy pool and beach access. The beach chair setup included with the condo was such a bonus! Great covered parking for vehicle. The condo is beautifully decorated and 3 bedrooms have king beds, which worked perfectly for 3 families staying together. The 4th had two full-beds. Condo was roomy and inviting. We used "Babyquip" for cribs and high chairs and that made it so easy. We loved this place and property management company clearly communicated all details. We will be back!
