This lavish 3 bedroom, 2 bath, fifth floor lockout condo accommodates up to 10 and can be combined with Unit #508B to allow for up to 16 guests. Luxury couches adorn the living room, along with a large flat screen TV, beautiful lighting and a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has a connecting door to the balcony that is fully furnished with tables and chairs for everyone to enjoy the rejuvenating, salty air. The dining room has a table with four chairs and four barstools with a gorgeous chandelier that overhangs. An open, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful backsplash makes the room complete.
The Master bedroom is Gulf front and has a picturesque view of the emerald waters with a window and door leading to the balcony. This bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, an en suite bathroom with vessel sinks, granite countertops, walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a king bed and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom contains a queen bed, twin bunk-beds and a flat screen TV. The second bathroom is perfect with a modern vanity sink, granite countertops and a considerable amount of counter space. The modular couch forms into a bed that can sleep two.

I chose this place because the kitchen seemed like something I could cook meals and enjoy friends hanging out. Little did we know that a fabulous restaurant was onsite that had great food. I believe that it was a bonus. Just a couple things that On a short trip from Thursday to Sunday just was not worth complaints for us but really needs improvement. I tried connecting to the internet and it took me thru dealing with cox which was not cool. We all had cellular so no one complained but if I had brought my child it would have been an issue. Also, the TV in the master bedroom was not working. It may have been other rooms too but I did not test all the TVs. We did have some pizza late at night and I could not find a pizza cutter. Also, I believe a well equipped kitchen need a electric griddle for making breakfast when on vacation. Really not enough for me to complain. We had a loud incident of door slamming happen when we were there but was able to get that corrected quickly. I e had an incredible view and the place was really great. Oh! And getting some chairs and umbrellas with our stay is definitely my jam. So even though I give some picking comments we would return. THE BEACH IS AMAZING!

Beautiful condo nice facility. Only complaint was that the floors were very dirty. Everyone had black feet or black socks after day one. Seems cleaning folks are sweeping or vacuuming but not washing the floors. Maybe needs a commercial type cleaner to get all the dirt up. The only other concern was the smoking policy . We picked this site due to no smoking since daughter has bad asthma. Contract stated no smoking on balconies. When we got there, smoking on balcony was happening. Talked to Michele at front desk and she said contract was wrong and smoking was allowed on balcony. A contract is a legal document so
not sure how the facility can say you are allowed to smoke on balcony. Other male at front desk said no smoking within 200 ft of facility. Need to clarify facility rules vs contract.
